Concepts
- GTC
These General Terms and Conditions, including any amendments to these GTC. - User
is a visitor or customer of the Website or Application. - Application
A free mobile application provided by the Service Provider, which can be downloaded to a mobile phone or tablet, and which provides access to the Service. - Website
The domain and website used to conclude the contract, as well as the directly related Android and IOS Applications. - Product, Service
The thing included in the offer of the website and intended for sale, which is the subject of the current Agreement. - Parking service
Within the framework of the parking service, the User can pay for parking in public areas and certain closed spaces at the national level, under the conditions specified in this contract. - Parking Duration
The time elapsed between the start and stop of the parking service. - Service fee
In addition to the duration of the parking, the cost to be paid per parking, which also includes the fixed fee to be paid by the Service Provider to the NMFSZ. - Street parking
Paid public parking - Parking zone
A zone with a unique zone code in a paid zone. The zone code is a four-digit number that can be found on the parking machines. - Parking in a closed space
Parking in a non-public space (e.g. in a shopping center, parking garage or closed space in a public space) where a barrier closes the parking area.

- Subject of the service
The service provided by the Service Provider is based on the national parking, centralized mobile sales service sold by the NMFSZ. The Service Provider is entitled to mediate services on the basis of a unique reseller contract concluded with Nemzeti Mobilpälätsi Zrt. - Purpose of GTC
The GTC contains the general conditions of the legal relationship between the Service Provider and the Customer entering into a contractual relationship with it. In matters not regulated here, the Hungarian legislation and official regulations in force at all times regarding the Service Provider's activities, as well as the provisions contained in the Civil Code, shall govern without special stipulations. - General provisions
Users can use the service on their mobile phone or on another computer connected to the Internet. The service provider provides the service for an additional service fee in addition to the specified parking tariff of the parking zone.
Users are only entitled to purchase products for their own use within the framework of the service.
The Service Provider starts providing the service immediately after the Purchase is made. Therefore, the User has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded between absentees pursuant to Art. 17/1999. (II. 5.) According to the government decree, he is not entitled.
The Service Provider excludes its responsibility for damages resulting from the provision of incorrect, incorrect or false data or e-mail addresses provided during the data request, but may demand compensation from the User for any damages incurred in this regard.
The user acknowledges that he is only entitled to use the service if he has accepted the General Terms and Conditions as binding for him.
What is required for parking?
- Data required for parking (Parking zone, license plate number)
- Notification data (E-mail address)
- If an invoice is required, invoicing data (Name, Address, Tax ID)
- Bank card details for payment
OBLIGATIONS
Obligation of the Service Provider
The service provider provides the ordered service from the date of purchase, provides an invoice upon request, and provides a certificate of the provision of the service.
Obligations and responsibilities of the User
The user is responsible for the validity of the data provided during the purchase process. It is the user's responsibility to check that parking starts with the correct zone code.
It is the user's responsibility to enter the correct parking data: license plate number, license plate number, vehicle type.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
The Service Provider is not responsible for damages caused by the start, stop or extension of parking due to problems with the User's registered bank card or balance.
The Service Provider is not responsible for the damages caused to the User during the use of the service by the participating mobile service providers, financial institutions, partners, and other persons - as a result of normal operation or due to omissions during operation. The User is entitled to assert his claim for compensation directly against the third party that caused the damage.
The service provider does not accept liability for damages resulting from improper operation.
If the service is not in operation, but the parking machines allow the payment of the service fee, the User is not exempted from paying the fee.
The Service Provider is in no way responsible for the increase in parking fees resulting from the change in legislation. The service provider is also entitled to freely change the transaction fee.
The Service Provider assumes no responsibility if the User does not fully or partially comply with the provisions of the contract.
The Service Provider assumes no liability for damages caused by parking with incorrect data.
The Service Provider does not assume responsibility if the use of the Parking fails for reasons beyond the Service Provider's control or is done in an inappropriate manner
