1.  Benedictine Abbey of Tihany

The Benedictine abbey, founded in 1055, is the best-known landmark on the peninsula. The impressive baroque building of the abbey church is one of the iconic views of Lake Balaton, and inside, beautiful frescoes and ornate furnishings await visitors. The founding charter of the abbey, which contains the first Hungarian language records, is an important part of Hungarian history.

2.  Tihany echo

The Tihany echo was once famous far and wide, today it can only be heard in places, but it is still one of the symbols of the village.
